By accessing or using the GeneHealth platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

GeneHealth is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

NEVER disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen on this platform. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on GeneHealth. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Marketplace Bookings

GeneHealth acts as a facilitator for bookings with third-party healthcare providers. We do not employ these providers and are not responsible for the quality or outcome of their professional services. Any disputes related to medical care must be resolved directly with the provider.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features (specifically for healthcare providers) require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pratham Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
